Demery Ardell Wilson is suing Whataburger after he got an "allergic
reaction" due to onions being present on his burger after he requested
the vegetables not be added, according to the petition obtained by USA
TODAY. The incident occurred on July 24, 2024, at an unidentified
Whataburger location, the court document says.

Due to the allergic reaction caused by the onions, Wilson suffered
"serious personal injuries," for which "he had to seek the care of
medical professionals," the petition states. He is seeking monetary
relief of over $250,000, but less than $1 million, the court document
continues.

Whataburger is not the only fast food chain Wilson has sued over
onions. He also previously filed a lawsuit against Sonic Drive-In.

According to the petition, Wilson picked up a burger on April 14,
2023, from a Sonic Drive-In in Cypress, an area 24 miles northwest of
downtown Houston. Like the alleged incident at Whataburger, Wilson
said he requested no onions on his burger, the court document states.

The onions on the burger caused Wilson to "feel sick," the petition
says. This incident also left Wilson with "serious personal injuries"
that caused him to seek the care of medical professionals.

=====================================

One would think that if the presence of onions on one's burger was so
devastating to one's health, one might be smart enough to lift the bun
to check for the presence of said Allium cepa before eating it.

Hopefully Whataburger and Sonic will unleash their legal teams on this
moron and drive him into bankruptcy and ever-lasting poverty.

It's very likely he did. I don't know if it's allergies or
psychosomatic, but mayo makes me sick. I *ALWAYS* check to ensure
something I ordered without mayo is, in fact, without mayo. If there
is a risk of needing medical attention, anyone and everyone would
check.

>Hopefully Whataburger and Sonic will unleash their legal teams on this

Demery will have to prove, in both cases, that the burgers had
onions. If he didn't obtain any valid, verifiable evidence at the
time, he's screwed.
A counter suit for defamation from both chains is possible.
Whether they'll bother is another matter, of course. With his
attempting scam twice, it's likely he doesn't have much in the way of
money.

Learn to read, Jenny.

>> I *ALWAYS* check to ensure
>> something I ordered without mayo is, in fact, without mayo.

He ordered it WITHOUT mayo. So it doesn't come with mayo.

Now, I know that since you are mentally challenged, working in the
fast food industry was tough on you. But many if not all fast food
restaurants allow you to custom order. Some-- like Burger King and
In-N-Out actually encourage it.

Burger King's Philosophy:
The "Have it Your Way" slogan embodies Burger King's willingness to
accommodate customer requests, even if they are unusual or specific.

Original Campaign:
The slogan was initially launched in 1973 as part of a marketing
campaign that emphasized Burger King's ability to customize orders,
such as adding or removing toppings, or requesting a plain burger.

Modernization:
While the "Have it Your Way" slogan was retired in 2014, Burger King
has continued to emphasize customization in its advertising, with
recent campaigns using a hip-hop spin on the original jingle.

Cultural Significance:
The "Have it Your Way" slogan has become iconic, recognizable, and a
part of American culture. It has been featured in numerous
commercials, and its popularity has been maintained through various
adaptations and updates.

Impact on Customer Service:
The slogan has influenced customer service expectations across the
fast-food industry, with many restaurants now offering customization
options as a standard practice.

I obviously order it without mayo. That you're too stupid to
understand nearly every fast food restaurant allows for some
customization is unfortunate. But not surprising in any way.

He knows how to spend $40 per visit (that's at least $120 a day)
at fast food places. Unless he lied about that as well.

Note Jenny ran away from the TRUTH that he's too stupid to understand.

>But it would make much more sense to just order item's

What does your NEED to lie make you claim item owns?

>that doesn't have
>mayo to begin with. Fast-food workers are NOTORIOUS for fucking up
>custom-order's,

What does your NEED to lie make you claim order owns?
There are occasions when I've had an order messed up. Ordering
items that don't have mayo to start with can be made wrong. Outside of
your NEED to lie, it's not limited to items that normally contain
mayo. Prove otherwise, unless you want to admit you lied.

>not to mention skowing

     What is "skowing?"

>them down cousing

     What is "cousing?"

>extra wait-time's

What does your NEED to lie make you claim time owns?

>for everybody else waiting in line.

So it takes longer to NOT include something? Wow. You just
continue to PROVE you have a mental illness that makes you NEED to
lie.
Not adding mayo will save a second, MAYBE two or three, in the
making of the sandwich. This means less wait time for everyone. But
you know this. You're just feeding your NEED to lie. Prove me wrong,
unless you want to admit, again, that I'm 100% correct.

[Cue Jenny running away from the truth. Or diverting from it.]

You can be 100% certain he read it. Probably a few times before
he understood. His presenting that he doesn't understand is more of
Jenny feeding his NEED to lie.
Jenny is free to prove me wrong. Unless he wishes to admit I'm

Odds are they don't fuck up his orders and he's just lying. But
even if he is being honest, you can be certain it's done for and to
him personally.
I am looking forward to Jenny's evidence that leaving something
off a sandwich results in more time being required to make the
sandwich. The time savings will be minor (maybe two seconds -- three
is the person is really slow), but to those who can be honest, this
won't cause extra wait time for anyone.
Of course, Jenny will admit he lied by either running away from
the request I made of him, or attempting to divert from the truth he
HATES so much.

I wonder how many times he read "order shit that doesn't come with
mayo" without realizing that's what you do?

Exactly. It's fairly certain that his orders do NOT get fucked up and
he's just lying about it, because that's what he does.

But if by chance his orders *do* get fucked up, his inability to
communicate clearly has a hand in it.

Do you suppose that his need to lie is so great that it involves his
fast food orders? Like this?

JENNY: I want a hamburger, no pickle
McD: Here is your hamburger
JENNY: This doesn't have a pickle! You screwed up my order!
McD: But sir, you said no pickle!
JENNY: I most certainly did not!

But you don't order fsat-food as nearly freqeuntly as me. So "once or
twice" is far more for you than a true fast-food customer.

I would imagine that nobody eats as much fast food as you do, Jenny.

But then, your penchant for both lying and being caught lying negates
*any* claims you make about fouled up orders.

IOW, your word means nothing.

     What is "fsat-food?"

>as nearly freqeuntly

     What is "freqeuntly?"

>as me.

You mean three times a day, sometimes four if you can get up to
go get "Fourth Meal"?

>So "once or
>twice" is far more for you than a true fast-food customer.

Once or twice is once or twice. That's one or two times. That's
it.
Most of us don't have SSDI money to pay for everything, as you
do. We don't live with our parents rent free when we're well into our
30s, as you do.
We have careers, families of our own, and other obligations that
mean we aren't willing to go to fast food restaurants for every meal
and spend $40 per visit (your most recent claim -- the result of the
hyper-inflation we've experienced since Trump took office).
The simple TRUTH is, if your orders are getting fucked up, it's
100% because of YOU. You do something that makes them screw up your
order. I would have guessed it's your poor hygiene, but they would
want your stench out of the restaurant as quickly as possible. If you
can get your massive girth across the parking lot to go inside, then
your foul odor is a real possibility.
BTW, I'm still waiting for you to explain how NOT including
something, like mayo, causes the cook(s) to take longer to assemble
the item. It would actually take LESS time. Though, admittedly, not a
great deal. A few seconds, at best.
I know you won't explain how your LIE could be true. You can't
prove a lie to be the truth. Further, your mental illness(es) will
never allow you to explain anything.
Prove me wrong, if I am.

[Cue Jenny running away from the truth. Or diverting from it.]

First of all, I'm not going to comment on this any futher becouse kwills
didn't state exactly what he ordered. So there's no point in arguing if it
has mayo or not.
