The negative charisma modulation worked briefly as well
for Benjamin Netanyahu and Viktor Lukashenko but now
has stopped working for everyone. Even though it is
now 2 a.m. here, I will begin a new attempt which I hope
will be complete before last quarter moon. There may
be some in person charisma modulation fairly soon but
I don’t expect that the still pictures, audio, and video
effects will be in place until at least 24 hours from now.

It's all about the positioning. You need to be close to the individual
in order to feel the charisma modulation, either positive or negative.

Perhaps, just looking at a picture could work.

Apparently, Sri Chinmoy used to put up a photo of himself on a chair to
meditate on in group meditations. Some students have reported that they
felt kind of blissful after gazing at it for awhile.

It's not just a photo that can produce charisma modulation. This effect
can also be produced from other art objects such as holy spots, trees,
rocks or even a rock. You can imagine the shock and awe the first time
you see an Egyptian pyramid up close.

No, my latest attempts have failed again, but I plan
to keep trying, but won’t post again to this thread.
