One book she illustrated was the Japanese edition of Andersen's "The Fir Tree." I can't find an exact obit, but here's the closest I could find: https://www.google.com/search?rlz=1CAACAU_enUS872&biw=1920&bih=921&ei=L_yxXfGmI6Ovggeb_6b4DQ&q=Sigrun+S%C3%A6b%C3%B8+Kapsberger+2017&oq=Sigrun+S%C3%A6b%C3%B8+Kapsberger+2017&gs_l=psy-ab.3...44371.45519..45816...0.0..0.137.581.5j1......0....2j1..gws-wiz.......0i22i30j33i160.p6AHQFhoMfk&ved=0ahUKEwix-rOy0bXlAhWjl-AKHZu_Cd8Q4dUDCAs&uact=5 https://www.google.com/search?q=Sigrun+S%C3%A6b%C3%B8+Kapsberger&rlz=1CAACAU_enUS872&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiwio_20bXlAhVpc98KHfUxA9sQ_AUIEigB&biw=1920&bih=921 (some book covers) https://www.worldcat.org/search?q=au%3AS%C3%A6b%C3%B8-Kapsberger%2C+Sigrun.&qt=hot_author (several dozen titles) Translation from Wikipedia: "Kapsberger was educated at Bergen Arts and Crafts School 1959-1962, and lived in Germany 1964-68. [4] She illustrated a plethora of children's books , and received the Ministry of Culture and Church Children's Prize for the illustrations for Eit hus i stova ( 1968 ) and Hos oss ( 1969 ) by Ingvald Langemyr , The Children who went to pick up the spring ( 1970 ) by Nils Johan Rud and Salmon Glad ( 1973 ) by Ingvald Svinsaas . Her illustrations are characterized by a colorful and naïve watercolor technique. "Sigrun Sæbø Kapsberger lived in the district of Tertnes in Bergen." Lenona.

She was nominated for the Hans Christian Andersen Award in 1972. Since she was only 30 at that time, that probably makes her one of the five youngest such nominees ever. (One typically doesn't get nominated till after age 40, since the award is for one's entire bibliography, not just one book.) Lenona.
