    Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Ends With Season 5, Statement Given

    Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Season 5 will be the show's final
    season.

    Star Trek: Strange New Worlds premiered on Paramount+ in May 2022.
    Set approximately a decade before Star Trek: The Original Series,
    the second season of Strange New Worlds arrived in 2023, while
    Season 3 is set to premiere next month.

    How many episodes will Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Season 5 have?
    Per Variety, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds has been renewed for a
    fifth and final season, which will only consist of six episodes.
    The other seasons have ten episodes each.

    Executive producers Akiva Goldsman, Henry Alonso Myers, and Alex
    Kurtzman said in a statement that they were "deeply grateful to
    Paramount+ for the chance to complete our five-season mission,
    just as we envisioned it, alongside our extraordinary cast and
    crew. 

    "From the very beginning, Strange New Worlds set out to honor what
    Star Trek has always stood for - boundless curiosity, hope, and the
    belief that a better future is possible. And to the passionate fans
    who've boldly joined us on this journey - thank you. With three
    more spectacular seasons ahead for you to see and enjoy, this
    adventure is far from over."

    The cast of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds includes Anson Mount as
    Christopher Pike, Ethan Peck as Spock, Jess Bush as Christine
    Chapel, Christina Chong as La'An Noonien-Singh, Celia Rose Gooding
    as Nyota Uhura, Melissa Navia as Erica Ortegas, Babs Olusanmokun as
    Joseph M'Benga, Bruce Horak as Hemmer, Rebecca Romijn as Una
    Chin-Riley/Number One, and Martin Quinn as Montgomery Scott.

    Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Season 3 will premiere on Paramount+
    on July 17, 2025. Season 4 is currently in production and "likely
    won't premiere until mid-to-late 2026," according to Variety, while
    the release date for Season 5 is unknown at this time. The show is
    produced by CBS Studios, Secret Hideout, and Roddenberry
    Entertainment.
