I seem to recollect reading about a medieval method of hunting larks (which species?for what?) that involved some kind of clock work mechanism that rotated a little mirror. This is supposed to attract larks ? I am trying to find any references to this and any explanations for the behaviour. (assuming that the whole thing is true in the first place ) - Shyamal
