Hi Folks, I was wondering if anyone has a recipe for Sugar-free or low sugar Rhubarb pie. My mother has recently been diagnosed as diabetic and loves rhubarb pie. I have searched all the diabetic sites that I know of and did a deja-news search and the only thing that I could find was a strawberry-rhubarb pie and she is allergic to strawberries. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks, BobSlo
