I use salt, pepper, Cajun spice, onion powder, and garlic powder, but you can use whatever your particular taste wants. Then I deep-fry them. After they are done deep-frying I dip them in hot sauce (I just use hot sauce and mix a little melted butter in with it) and put them in the oven on about 350 degees F. for 10 to 15 minutes. I also will dip them in ranch dressing. When I make butter garlic wings, I use a garlic press and put about 5 cloves of garlic in a skillet with a stick of butter. You can use more or less according to your taste, then I put the deep-fried wings in the butter and garlic and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring often to distribute the garlic evenly over the wings, on medium heat. You can dip them in just about anything, some people use BBQ sauce, Italian dressing. Just use your imagination and you'll do fine. HTH, Cindy

My sister told me her recipe, but I've adjusted it a bit. Take a baking pan and put in the bottom a liberal amount of olive oil. Then add to this lots of sweet paprika, and garlic powder (we have granulated garlic which is better - less sour and with no salt added), a little bit of hot paprika, white pepper and either celery salt or ground celery seed. Mix this well. Then, put the cleaned wings in this mixture and mush them around until they are completely covered. Bake at medium heat until done. Fast, simple and excellent. <p&e> Davida Chazan (The Chocolate Lady) ~*~*~*~*~*~ "Almost anyone can be an author, the business is to collect money and fame from this state of being." -- A.A. I like to deep fry 'em and I like good 'ol Durkee ( now its Franks) hot sauce. Although you can bake em' they tend to make for a wetter wing. I like a crispier wing, that's why I fry 'em. Good luck.
