hi, i love chestnut cakes, but how can I make one without using chestnut
flour? [coz i can't find chestnut flour here].

My picture of a real chestnut cake is not just a genoise/sponge cake with a
chestnut cream filling.  so, is there any way to make a REAL chestnut cake
with chestnuts [may be from its paste??]???? [chestnuts are very easy to find
here though]

please share your recipe or thoughts with me,
