	It's the same stuff that's often labled as 'Wheat Gluten' or
	'What Gluten Flour' or even 'Vital Wheat Gluten Flour'.

	I've found it at almost any stores that sell flour - Safeway
	has it, Nob Hill has it, Whole Foods has it (I'm assuming you're
	in the Palo Alto area since you have a Stanford address and
	list Draegers).
