i found a cheap way to get them

you just order all the parts from ruger and it comes out to about $10
a mag shipped anywhere in usa

before shipping its about $7.50 a mag and you can order as many of
each part as is required i made one or two mags this way when i needed
a new bolt stop that cracked and an extractor

you need the body,follower,follower button,spring,florplate,spring
guide
the ruger emblem costs $2.50 you can take it or leave it it is not
required for function
