I heard (but this may be an urban legend) that someone once pute "NONE" on his
license plate.  He never had to pay his parking tickets, because his license
plate would sort with all others who had no plates.

Well I heard that he eventually got charged some ridiculous amount of money
due to all the tickets police had written to cars with no plates and had
written NONE
