Does anybody know if there are lighting kits available for dirt bikes that are street legal. I plan buying an RM 250 and keeping my DR200, and I'll just swap the tag over and ride the MX bike on the street. When I want to do more street or mild dirt riding I'll swap back to the DR. I can get a good used RM 250 for $1100 and it runs great, and is no louder than a sport bike. What do cops know after all? :-0 Any info on a basic lighting kit with harness would be appreciated.....something that someone has used and can attest to that it works good and is easy to install. Thanks. Larry

I have used a small 9V battery and enduro headlight/taillight assemblies to get past the man. Depend on what you're aiming for. I always assumed if I had legitimate insurance and registration, I could take the heat on anything else, and pay the "annual tax" when caught.
