RMK Dry with variable cloud and sunny intervals after 15z
yesterday becoming mainly clear for the evening but clouding
over before midnight with occasional slight rain between 0000z
and 0130z, then dry with cloud clearing.  Fine and sunny since
dawn. Noctilucent cloud seen at 0230z.
